Pregnancy yoga is tailored to accommodate all the incredible changes a woman’s body, mind and spirit make as it transforms to sustain a new life. During this sacred time the mother is gently guided through a yoga practice designed to nurture and respect the healthy growth of her baby. Poses and sequences are chosen to reflect the individual’s physiological, emotional and mind needs appropriate to each phase of pregnancy. The mother is empowered to feel comfortable, confident and safe and well prepared for a relaxed delivery.
Guided breathing practices, visualisations and movement skills will be taught to assist you through your labour and provide you with the inner resources to feel calm and in control of your birth experience.
About The Studio
This beautifully light garden studio was custom built to take advantage of the stunning views over the Blackmore Vale. It is fully heated, ventilated when needed and equipped with everything you need to enjoy a peaceful practice. During the warmer months the bifold doors open up to give you the outdoor feel and the gardens themselves allow for walking meditation and yoga too.

There is parking for 8 considerately and compactly parked cars.
If possible, avoid a big meal at least two hours before a class or therapy. A light snack should suffice if you feel you need one. Drink plenty of water at room temperature after your class or treatment .
There is a 24 hours cancellation/rescheduling policy. In order to avoid being charged for a class or treatment that you can no longer attend please ensure you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your booking. Any late cancellations or no-shows will be charged as if you attended.
