Ayurveda Nature

Our internal constitution is considered in Ayurveda to be pre-determined at birth and like, nature, comprises the same elements: air, space, fire, water and earth. These life giving forces influence our way of being and when our nature is out of its own unique balance then ill health follows. The elements are grouped into three “doshas” vata, pitta and kapha. Through learning and understanding which our most dominating forces are we can adapt a lifestyle that works in harmony with our nature and keeps our digestive firm stimulated and our mental tendencies under our control. Ayurveda is a preventative health care practice that seeks to address the root cause of ailment and promotes longevity through cultivating conscious awareness of our personal needs for self healing.
