Of course, my top priority is your safety. Thereby in accordance with government guidance, measures are in place to make Sunningdale studio a safe place for you.

The studio will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between classes.

Sorry, but there are currently no toilet facilities.

Windows and doors will be kept open for fresh air ventilation/circulation.

Where possible, please arrive dressed to practice and bring in only essential items for practice.

Hand sanitiser is available for your use in the studio.  There is a tap and soap outside for hand washing too.

Kindly remove your shoes on entering and put with your belongings by the side of your mat.

Please place your mat on one of the five allocated spaces.

I will take an infrared forehead temperature check.

I have removed mats, blankets, bolsters, bricks, blocks, belts and cushions from the studio.  So please bring your own if they are required.

Please ask if you would like help sourcing yoga equipment.

I will teach from two points within the studio.

Students will all face the same direction.

Each class has the capacity for 5 students.

All classes should be booked online.   The studio cannot accommodate clients without prior appointment.

Please do try to attend class if you have booked a space (except if you are ill).  There are only 5 places per class and it is only fair that everyone has the chance to practice.  Cancellations are difficult to fill at short notice.

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the start of class. Late cancellations or no shows will result in full payment being charged.

Please arrive on time for your class ideally no more than 15 minutes before class.

Your support for the studio at this time is incredibly valued.  Thank you.
