As an ardent lover of movement and the uniqueness of self expression I trained to teach hatha yoga in 2006. I was inspired by living and travelling extensively throughout Asia and Africa. I discovered wherever I went that, despite how culturally diverse communities were, there was an interconnectedness in a mutual desire to understand the inner wisdom of the body, mind and spirit to maintain health and prevent illness.

Pregnancy Yoga

Pregnancy yoga is tailored to accommodate all the incredible changes a woman’s body, mind and spirit make as it transforms to sustain a new life.  During this sacred time the mother is gently guided through a yoga practice designed to nurture and respect the healthy growth of her baby.  

Ayurveda Treatments

Ayurveda is an ancient Indian holistic medical system that translates as “knowledge of life”. It teaches us that with a blend of herbal medicine, nutrition, massage, spirituality, meditation and exercise designed to meet our individual constitutional nature we can live a balanced and fulfilling life.

Ayurveda Nature

Our internal constitution is considered in Ayurveda to be pre-determined at birth and like, nature, comprises the same elements: air, space, fire, water and earth. These life giving forces influence our way of being and when our nature is out of its own unique balance then ill health follows.
